Cancellation Policy
Out of courtesy to our staff, eight (8) hours
notice is required when cancelling a one (1)
hour service. Forty eight (48) hours notice is
required when cancelling spa packages or
services that are two (2) hours or longer in
length. For group bookings it is required that
seventy two (72) hours notice be given or gift
certificates will be redeemed. No exceptions
will be made. |
